1. No Return Policy

We currently do not accept returns for products that have been successfully delivered.

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, size details, and product images carefully before placing an order.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong item received.

  • Damaged item received.

  • Manufacturing defect.

  • Size exchange request (subject to stock availability).

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both customers and Maatriyaa from fraudulent claims, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for:

  • Damaged product claims.

  • Missing item claims.

  • Wrong product claims.

Claims submitted without a clear unboxing video may be rejected.

4. Size Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are permitted only once per order and are subject to stock availability.

Customers must ensure that:

  • Product is unused.

  • Product is unworn.

  • Product is unwashed.

  • Original tags are attached.

  • Original packaging is intact.

If the requested size is unavailable, Maatriyaa may provide store credit at its sole discretion.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Products showing signs of use.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

6. Refund Policy

Maatriyaa follows a limited refund policy.

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The ordered product cannot be shipped.

  • The order is cancelled by Maatriyaa.

  • A replacement cannot be provided for an approved damaged or defective product claim.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

  • Evidence provided is insufficient.

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • The request falls outside the eligibility period.
