  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3-7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7-14 business days

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Maatriyaa shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

No refunds, cancellations, or compensation will be provided solely due to shipping delays beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incomplete address

  • Unreachable contact number

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping partner, delivery timelines become subject to the courier's operations.

In case of loss or damage during transit, customers must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery status update.

Maatriyaa will assist in coordinating with the courier partner; however, resolution timelines depend on the courier investigation process.

Partial Shipments

In certain situations, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for such split shipments unless otherwise specified.

International Shipping

Currently, Maatriyaa ships only within India unless otherwise stated on our website.
